All year round our restaurant offers menus dedicated exclusively to gluten-free dishes, certificates of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association).
We are at your disposal to create customized menus without gluten, for any event.

Regina’s fresh pasta

We invite you to taste the Cortigiane della Regina Cornaro, the fresh pasta dedicated to the Lady of Asolo, Queen of Cyprus, conceived and created by our chefs. It is a raw pasta packaged with buckwheat flour and taragna (respecting the tradition of that time) and with eggs and spices (in memory of the businesses of the Serenissima). Excellent seasoned with oil from the Asolo hills and parmesan, or with seasonal sauces.
