The organization of the event
The first step is to choose the type of ceremony: do you prefer a classic and formal day or a more festive and relaxed event?
Once the style has been chosen, it’s time to think about what to offer guests.
Drawing up the menu always seems very complex but, relying on our many years of experience in catering, and in weddings in particular, it will be a very simple and easy operation.
Initially we will submit some proposals, both land and sea, preferring seasonal and local products, because we are convinced that, only through a sensitive approach to raw materials, it is possible to obtain dishes of great quality and which leave a lasting impression. Starting from this, we will create together the menu that best represents you, course after course, according to your tastes and needs.
